Waiver
Every guest signs a digital liability waiver before stepping onto the ice. Here's what it covers and how it works.
Who signs it
Every guest in your party — including minors, via a parent or guardian — signs the digital waiver before heading onto the ice. The waiver is sent with your booking confirmation; you complete it from your phone in under two minutes.
What it covers
Ice fishing has inherent risks: cold weather, ice conditions, and mechanical equipment (augers, generators, vehicles, the SnoBear). The waiver acknowledges those risks and releases Only Fins from liability for ordinary accidents that arise from them.
It does not waive Only Fins' responsibility for guide negligence or unsafe operating decisions. Safety calls — when to leave the ice, when to reschedule for weather — sit with your guide.
When you sign
After you book, you'll get an email with a signing link. Complete it any time before your trip — most guests do it the same day they book. Day-of-trip signing is fine but slows the meet-up.
